What is C.A.T?

C.A.T stands for Centralized Agent Templates. This is the template tool for the shared queue. This tool is mandatory for unity and clarity in templates for the process of escalations and troubleshooting.

Please make sure to edit the name of the Agent logged in before filling out templates. You will find this in settings.

If you resize the window to the size you want it, you can then click on the "Set Window Size" to make that the default size.

Check version runs onload and when clicking the button in settings. If you are not connected to the network and have access to the "care.cwx" website, the version checker will not display your version.
